ORDERS:

• Your package will be dispatched the next day and shipped to you within 3-7 business days depending on the shipping location.
• Need your order today? Select Same-Day Delivery at checkout and get your order faster, must be placed before 1:00 PM
• You can try your item on while the courier is outside; if it doesn’t fit you can send it back with courier and pay your shipping fees

RETURNS & REFUNDS:

• We only accept returns within 3 days of receiving your order.
• Kindly note that shipping fees will deducted from your return value.
• For a return to be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with the original tags and in the same condition that you received it in.
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email about its status.
• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a minimum of 7 business days.

Exchange :

1) Eligibility

• Exchanges are eligible for garments in new, unused condition with all original tags attached.
• We do not offer exchanges on worn, washed, or damaged items unless the damage is due to a manufacturing defect.
